Service Description
Each session includes 15 minutes of electrical stimulation to the patient's problem areas and ice pack cryotherapy while on a rolling massage table.
Electrical Stimulation Therapies (E-stim) include electrodes that transmit electrical currents causing muscle contraction. E-stim is ideal for pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms.
The Rolling Massaging Table uses a treatment table with rollers that gently stretches and decompresses the spine. Great for herniated discs, muscle relaxation, improves blood circulation, and relief from pain.
Ice pack cryotherapy consists of applying cold compresses to the skin, both to reduce its temperature and constrict blood vessels in the area. Ice pack cryotherapy is an an excellent way to help with muscle spasms, and is known to help numb painful areas while providing a cooling relief to the affected soft tissues
Patients will have electrodes placed to stimulate problem areas, and experience ice pack cryotherapy while laying on a rolling massaging table and under a heated blanket.
